Need to Make a Return? Here’s How
Products can only be returned if they are still in good condition and packaging.

Return Policy

You have 30 days from the delivery date to initiate a return. Unauthorized returns will incur a 15% restocking fee. Paid shipping fees are non-refundable.

Important Notes

Returns are for store credit only.
You must log in to your account to begin a return.
Please allow 2-5 business days for your return to be inspected before store credit is processed to your account.

Prepaid Label – Get a label through the portal. A $4 fee will be deducted from your store credit.

We don’t offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different item, simply use your store credit to place a new order once your return is processed.
